Free Workshop for Couples with a Bipolar Diagnosed Partner
This 75-minute online workshop will take place on Friday, October 9th from 5:30pm to 6:45pm. Participants will learn about some of the challenges of coping with bipolar disorder and some basic tips and strategies for collaborative symptom management between partners. The workshop will also include a Q&A session to cater to the questions and concerns of participants. Couples and individual partners are welcome.

Bipolar Couples Relationship Enhancement and Collaborative Symptom Management
This relationship enhancement program will provide in-depth information and support to help couples understand and collaborate in managing the symptoms of bipolar disorder. The group will also support couples to strengthen their connection and improve communication. Group sessions will include psychoeducation, discussions, video clips, structured exercises, and handouts.
